In May, 1985, Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir started singing with just 12 members. They would sing throughout the New York Metropolitan area, sometimes requesting themselves just so they could sing God's praises.

The choir would sing in parks, city projects, street corners, prisons, hospitals, concert halls and auditoriums. In 1986, the Lord blessed them with their first live recorded album entitled "I'll Make It." In November 1989, they recorded their second live album entitled "Oh Lord We Praise You." By the time 1991 rolled around, the Lord blessed Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir to sign with one of the top gospel labels in the industry, Benson Records, recently acquired by Zomba/Jive/Verity With this new contract, the choir recorded their third album, "Focus on Glory."

In 1992, their fourth album was recorded, "Live in Toronto." In 1993, then New York City Mayor David Dinkins gave Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir the key to New York City and declared May 21st Love Fellowship Day in New York. In 1994, the choir recorded their fifth album titled, "Live at Morehouse College." In 1995, Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Crusade Choir received their first Grammy Award. They later recorded their sixth album, "By Any Means Necessary: Live in New York." Recorded before a packed house of 3000 at London's Wembley Auditorium, LIVE IN LONDON packs a punch and maintains a high energy level.

Be on the look out for their up coming project due out sometime in August "There's a wider range of material - more flavors, if you will - than fans will be used to," comments, director Elder Hezekiah Walker. "There's plenty for longtime listeners to sink their teeth into, but we're reaching farther. Traditional and contemporary Gospel, Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop it's all there." And, one should hasten to add, it all flows seamlessly.
